From Montparnasse to Eiffel Tour

Want to go from Montparnasse to the Eiffel Tour via Metro.

Am i correct in saying line 6, getting on at Edgar Quinet and getting off at Bir Hakeim is the best way?

When we visited the Montparnesse Tower and Cemetary last month, that%26#39;s the line we took to get back up in that direction(we actually road it all the way to the Champs d%26#39;elysee.) The Bir-Hakeim stop is a short walk from the Eiffel Tower. We boarded at that Metro stop after we visited the Eiffel Tower one evening.

Yes, by metro that%26#39;s the only way.

Are you aware that the twinkling lights on the Eoffel Tower are lit houly, on the hour, after dark? They last for about 10 minutes, and Trocadero is a good vantage point.
