Cafe de l'Homme or R for Eiffel Tower views in November

I would like to dine with a view of the Eiffel Tower this November but I am concerned my wife will be cold on the terrace at l%26#39;Homme.

Would R be a better choice if we dine indoors? Does l%26#39;Homme have views of the Tower from inside?

There are Eiffel Tower views from the Cafe de l%26#39;Homme, but you must ask for one of those tables, as the majority of the indoor seating only has partial views.
