Back from Paris!

Hi everyone,

I just arrived in Sg today. So as promised previously, I will tell u all whether I made it for the transit from Paris to Strasbourg... Yes I made it, but ny luggage didn%26#39;t. Luckily, I didn%26#39;t have to wait for the luggage to arrive from the next flight as Air france would send it to my hotel. So I got my luggage a few hours later.

I would not pick a transit flight that gives me barely an hour to clear customs and board the transfer flight next time...My plane landed at Ter 2F and I had to virtually run to 2D to ctach my next plane. There were a lot of people at the customs and at one point, one group of visitors had some communication problems with the officers and a considerable time had past when they had resolved their problems. Ironically, I made it to the flight but my luggage didn%26#39;t. My 1st flight landed promptly, so I would expect my luggage to be on board the 2nd flight already as it was checked through...anyway I was glad I didn%26#39;t have to wait for my luggage to arrive.

My stay in Paris was a very enjoyable one. I only stayed for 3 days, and time was rather tight. But I saw whatever I wanted to see. Paris is a beautiful city and is very conducive for walking. Even though I was there alone and for the 1st time, I do not feel afraid walking along the streets. People were quite nice and gave me directions when I asked. I would definitely return to Paris when I have the chance...
