We had a few posts about villa rental with you wanting to be sure a place exists etc. I was just looking on holiday-rentals site today and notice that they say when a property was first listed and how long the advertiser has been advertising. So if it has been around for a few years I reckon you must be pretty safe.

Just thought I%26#39;d mention it.
