weather in late April or May

Hi Which month would be better - April or May??

Hi,

We travelled in Mid May of this year to Provence and the weather was beautiful. Like anywhere in Spring, there may be the odd rainy patch, however we found more blue sky days than anything else.

The lavender wont be quite out, but the poppy%26#39;s will and lots of other flowers.
