We went with Bateaux Mouches and cost was 8 euros well spent,probably the best deal we had in Paris.

Vedettes de Pont-Neuf have perhaps the most convenient dock.

We also used Vedettes du Neuf. I downloaded a voucher from their website, which also saved us 2E each ( not much unless you are a family, which is us). The site gives you all the departure times etc. This is a much nicer way of seeing Paris than the bus tour we did last time, and of course the fact that we did the illuminations trip made it even better! The weather was glorious, we went early and had great seats, the banks were lined with people picnicing and partying, and my husband and I leaned back and just enjoyed. By the way, the kids loved it too.

I also like vedettes de pont-neuf, mainly because of the location right on pont-neuf (of course). When I went in March we were cruising along and then looked over and saw a guy right on the side of the seine where there are steps way down from the street and nothing else down there playing a TUBA !! It was a little surreal. And yes, humorous as well. You never know what you are going to see in Paris. Oh, and yes the boat tour was better than our bus tour, where we saw an old man peeing on a tree in the median.
I hope ya%26#39;%26#39;ll have a sense of humor and can appreciate that ! (it%26#39;s all true, i swear).
