If you had 4 nights in paris, where would you dine?

I am looking for 4 delicious, unique, dinners.

Staying in the Latin quarter, but can travel.

Enjoy all sorts of cuisine.

Also, need one restaurant for a big night out. A special occasion kind of place for about $100/person (more or less).

Go to china town and order dinner for 2,thats the best food i had and it was reasonable.We had Crab soup(real crab meat) a whole steam fish,jumbo shrimps in garlic sauce,roast duck,beef with vegetables and noodles,price was 40 Euros i think.

One of them would certainly be Au Petit Marguery at 9 rue Port Royal. It was wonderful, both in terms of service, food and ambiance.
