Bump
I googled and it seems to still exist. The maps were foggy. Any one know anything about this place?

I don%26#39;t think there is one (in Paris). What address did you try?
I heard that in 1998, the Groupe Holder (from the PAUL bakeries) bought the old Hôtel Choiseul-Praslin at 111, rue de Sèvres/2-4, rue Saint-Romain with the intention of developing a %26quot;musée du pain%26quot; there. For unknown reasons, that plan seems to have been abandoned. Today, there%26#39;s a post office at that address.

It is/was(?) on a Metro line but just outside the City :
Musee Francais du Pain
25 bis Rue Victor Hugo
94220 Charenton-la -Pont
Metro: Charenton-Ecoles

You%26#39;re right, there was a %26quot;Musée du Pain%26quot; there in the seventies/eighties of the last century. But as it isn%26#39;t mentioned anywhere on the official website of Charenton Le Pont (www.charentonlepont.fr) or on pagesjaunes.fr (the French yellow pages), I think it%26#39;s safe to assume it doesn%26#39;t exist anymore (if your trip wasn%26#39;t enough proof of that).
I assume it was a very small museum, probably run by one person (a certain Jacques Lorch) who must have retired or died.
The Pages Jaunes (www.pagesjaunes.fr) are always a good place to start a search. Often you can view pictures (front view and/or aerial) of the address and the street.

I took a different Metro kine %26quot;home%26quot; , at least it was above ground alot for the scenic view! Though it was hot.......
