I am flying to Marseille on Saturday 23rd and will arrive approx 6pm. I will be travelling on to a villa in Caseneuve and wanted to stock up on groceries and wine en route. Can anyone offer any suggestions re supermarkets in an around Marseille or somewhere along the way.

I do not know where Caseneuve is but there are supermarkets all over the place in France! be on the lookout for signs for Casino, Carrefour, Lecler, Auchan, Champion, Lidl, these are all big suoermarkets but when in the south please don%26#39;t forget to shop at the outdoor markets too, that%26#39;s where you%26#39;ll find the best produce!

Casaneuve is near Apt?
If so on the way out of the airport is a big shopping area - lots of shops including a Carrefour. You cannot miss it as you will drive past it.
Most towns will have a supermarket of sorts which open late on Saturdays. It is difficult to find a supermarket open on Sundays though many of the small shops (baker, butcher and small supermarkets) will be open - as will the wine producers.
