If you had 4 nights in paris, where would you dine?

I am looking for 4 delicious, unique, dinners.

Staying in the Latin quarter, but can travel.

Enjoy all sorts of cuisine.

Also, need one restaurant for a big night out. A special occasion kind of place for about $100/person (more or less).

For the special occasion place I would go to Senderens. I had a great experience there. It%26#39;s beautiful too. 90 euros or so per person w/o drinks.

Other restaurants I really enjoy in Paris:

Atelier Maitre Albert in the 5th

Le Ptit Troquet in the 7th

Florimond in the 7th

Gaya in the 6th

Allard in the 6th

There are a lot of places, obviously. These are on the top of my head as excellent.

One that gets rave reviews but is constantly booked is Le Comptoir in the 6th. I%26#39;d love to go there...
