I have time for a week away from 28 Oct to 4 Nov and was thinking of Carcassone. Whilst I know it won%26#39;t be warm, I%26#39;m wondering will it be business as usual there - ie museums, markets, etc open?

Hi,
Caracssonne and the whole areau of the Aude/Langeudoc is beatifull.
The sun is not bad, you can have sunny days and everything is allmost
open. Some restaurants and campings are closed.
Ofcourse you can visit all the old chateau%26#39;s and Kathare places. A nice walk on the beach or visit Narbonne and Perpignan is one of the options.
