Renting from "My Apartment in Paris"?

Has anyone used My Apartment in Paris.com to secure an apartment rental in Paris? How can I tell if these companies are legitimate? Any advice?

Trip Advisor guidelines clearly indicate that this is not the appropriate place to be overtly advertising your rental apartment.
