It%26#39;s very easy to get to McArthur Glen; it%26#39;s located right by the Euroteleport metro/bus interchange, so you just have to get the metro from Lille. Takes about half an hour. If you get a %26quot;passe journee%26quot; (one-day travelcard) in the metro station machines it only costs about 3.50 euros and is good on buses, trams and metro even out that far. It%26#39;s an open-air mall, modern, with about 85 shops. Strong on clothing (men, women and children), luggage and household linen.
Mon-Sat 10am-7pm. Closed public holidays except 1 %26amp; 11 Nov. 44 Mail de Lannoy, Roubaix, next to Euroteleport métro station (tel: 03 28 33 36 10). Metro line 2 (direction CH Dron) to Eurotéléport.
The other one at Roubaix is L%26#39;Usine, in a wonderful old factory. Again, about 80 chops; best on clothes, luggage and household linen, but also some household goods. Also a few snack places, a cashpoint machine, and some car-parking. Again, go to Euroteleport on the metro, but then you get a bus
Mon-Sat 10am-7pm. Closed 25 Dec. 228 Avenue Alfred-Motte, Roubaix (tel: 03 20 83 16 20). From Lille: Metro line 2 (direction CH Dron) to Eurotéléport, then 10-min bus ride SE to Motte on No 20 (direction Lannoy Place or Toufflers-Douane) or No 24 (direction Hem Eglise); pick up return bus on Rue de Lannoy.
