Could be romantic, definitely great overview of Paris (including a twinkling Eiffel Tower)... haven%26#39;t eaten there, just been up to the observation deck. See if you can follow some of the French resto reviews in the links below - overall, my take is the food is fair-good, service good, decor average, view spectacular. There are two sittings, 7pm and 9:30pm (I believe).

My wife and I absolutely loved this restaurant. I was expecting it to be a typical penthouse rip off, where you pay for a view, but get crappy food.

The view is the best in Paris, by far! I had an amazing lobster bisq (spelling) and a very good scallop/fish dish.

Service was great, and price was reasonable.

GO!

- Did you make reservations or just go? Reservations are pretty much compulsory a few days in advance, and maybe earlier for a Friday or a Saturday.

All in all, not too %26quot;tourist trap%26quot;.

It is rather overpriced considering the food (which is fine, but not unforgettable). But the view is unforgettable...and indeed that%26#39;s for the view that you come to such places. If you are ready to pay for this, I would recommend the place.
