Paris Apartment Rentals: Help Please!!

I am having a very hard time finding an apartment with two beds, in a decent location and with a price per night under €100.

I have found what seems to be an ideal little place and am wondering if anyone has heard of this company or dealt with this company or stayed at this apartment; also what is the neighbourhood like?

Any assistance or other suggestions appreciated.

I%26#39;m staying in the Marais - for around E75 per night...not a very big or salubrious apartment - but it%26#39;ll do.....
