Pau to Lourdes

I am travelling to Lourdes next week(3 July 06) Flying to Pau arrive 16.10 (party of 4)

Can anyone tell me about a shuttle bus to Pau railway station.

How do I pre book a taxi? or are there plenty waiting?

How much should I expect to pay for a taxi.?

What is the frequency of trains to Lourdes at that time of day ?(Monday) How much is the train fare?
