Are there actual tour which will take you to good if not great chocolatiers? Anyone have links.

There is one, but you%26#39;ll have to do a search above, as i have completely forgotten who/where.

Try Context Paris at paris.contexttravel.com/index.php?sess=ct. There is a chocolate tour listed in their itineraries that sounds positively yummy!

If you don%26#39;t want to do a guided tour, you can find some of the well-known chocolatiers at this site and make up your own tour...

One of the best that%26#39;s missing from the list is:
Michel Chaudun, 149, rue de l%26#39;Université in the 7th.
There are a few others listed here as well, with links to their personal sites -

Enjoy!

David Lebovitz is a California cook/writer who lives in Paris, I think about half the year. His area of expertise is chocolate. You will find info on his website, http://www.davidlebovitz.com/tours.html.
Have fun! Mangez bien!
